Today’s Recipe – Dagmar Sands – Breakfast Casserole

Enjoy this new recipe!
Breakfast Casserole

1 lb. Sausage
6 eggs
2 cups shredded cheese
6 slices white bread cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cups milk
Cook and drain sausage. Mix eggs, milk, 1 cup cheese, salt, and mustard, add sausage
and bread mix gently. Pour into 12×9 baking dish. Add remaining cheese on top. Refrigerate
overnight. Bank uncovered at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
